Over 50,000 people will enjoy three days of music with an ambitious concert schedule that makes the festival a clear contender to become one of the biggest international music events. While new artists are yet to be announced, Ivete Sangalo will headline this edition on 24th May.
Primavera Sound Porto
With other editions in Barcelona, Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo, among other cities, Porto's Primavera Sound stands as a paradise for music lovers. Renowned for its diverse line-ups ranging from indie to electronica, folk to hip-hop, the stages are filled with a huge variety of sounds and styles.
Porto's Primavera Sound Festival will take place from 12th to 15th June at Parque Da Cidade, featuring legendary artists such as Caribou, Fontaines D.C., Beach House, Deftones, and Jamie XX as headliners, alongside emerging bands like Horsegirl and Chat Pile in the secondary line-up.
Porto Kizomba Festival – I Love Summer
The Porto Kizomba Festival – I Love Summer will be held from 9th to 13th July in Porto. Over five days, attendees can enjoy workshops, social parties, and activities such as pool parties, featuring Kizomba, Bachata, and Salsa music, with DJs including DJ Husky and DJ Cesc.
Ritmos do Mundo Festival
The Ritmos do Mundo Festival is an annual event in Vila Nova de Gaia celebrating global music, with a special emphasis on Portuguese and Brazilian culture. Elétrico Festival
Elétrico Festival in Porto has established itself as one of the leading names in the electronic music scene, both nationally and internationally. From 4th to 6th July, Parque da Pasteleira will come alive with music, street food, and various activities. Sven Väth, Moullinex ∆ GPU Panic, and Dixon are among the great artists who have performed at the event in past editions.
Meo Marés Vivas
Meo Marés Vivas, held in Vila Nova de Gaia, is one of Porto’s top festivals. With five different stages set in unique surroundings, it will take place from 18th to 20th July in a breathtaking setting, with the Douro River and the Atlantic Ocean as the perfect backdrop. Scorpions, Thirty Seconds to Mars, and Pedro Sampaio are among the incredible artists set to perform in this edition.
